Reflecting on my experience as a volunteer teaching assistant at MRCI. Words can hardly express how grateful I am for the incredible experiences and support I’ve received as a volunteer teaching assistant at MRCI. Watching the dedication of my fellow team members and witnessing everyone’s passion for the mission was truly inspiring. While the unique location of my assignment made the adventure memorable, it was the amazing people at my side who truly made the difference.
It has been both a pleasure and an honor to work alongside such a motivated and caring group. Being a part of MRCI means joining a community where every person is valued and where volunteers like me find not just meaningful work, but also genuine friendships and support from staff and peers. MRCI’s programs are outstanding, but what truly stands out is the sense of belonging and the positive energy shared by everyone involved.
My experience as a volunteer teaching assistant has shown me that, while not all of us can do great things alone, we can achieve a lot when we work together and put our hearts into everything we do. I look forward to seeing all these wonderful people again. As we continue to do small things with great love, I am grateful to be part of such a special community.
